Our products include Starter Stride ($49/month), Path Builder ($129/month), and Elite Trail Partner ($249/month), each offering varying levels of coaching support, route planning, progress tracking, and accountability features. Our services are educational and motivational in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical or healthcare advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years of age to use our website or enroll in any walking coaching product. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that walking is a safe and appropriate activity for your current physical condition.

Account Registration and Enrollment

To access certain coaching features, you may need to create an account or complete an enrollment process. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us with thirty days written notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.

Coach-Client Relationship

Our walking coaches provide guidance, motivation, and structured planning to support your walking habit goals. The coaching relationship is professional and educational. Coaches do not provide medical, nutritional, or therapeutic advice. You acknowledge that your walking outcomes depend on your personal effort, consistency, and adherence to your customized plan.

Acceptable Use

Limitation of Liability
